When most people think of their business they really don't associate a web site with gaining profits because most do not actually make a profit directly from their site (ecommerce).  What these people do not realize is that web sites are more exposed to the public than their storefront.  Meaning that their web site is more often than not the thing that gives people a first impression.

If you walk into a store that looks horrible, how likely are you to stay and shop even if they have what you want?  It's the same thing with a web site.  If it looks like it was created by an elementary student you automatically assume that their store has the same unprofessional attitude.  If you thought that about the web site, would you every go into the store?

Long story short: Good-looking site = Great for business and customer relations  :-)

You can manage it yourself!

We get asked a lot if we manage the sites after they are finished and live.  Well, we can but we don't like to.  Our mission with our sites is to make it as easy as possible for you to manage on your own.  From creating it with a great content management system all the way to including free training in our contracts.  The reasoning behind all of this is that it saves everyone time, money and sanity.  "Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.  Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime."

The whole SEO "thing"

All of our web sites are optimized for SEO.  The problem, though, is that Google is switching models.  While great, simple links and keywords are still very important working with pay-per-clicks are becoming a thing of the past unless you are wanting to advertise on the search engines themselves.  Thanks to their "Live Search" every time you type in a character the system searches for anything close to what you've typed.  This means that regardless of ranking, results will actually narrow up on their own as people start looking.

Another long story short: SEO = Good but you don't have to overdo it anymore!
