Consulting is such a professional and misunderstood term. We prefer to think of it as Help.  Nothing more, nothing less.  Consulting is helping you find the right questions to ask about any project.  While this can cover anything and everything, here are a few specific examples that might help you decide a little easier.

Finding What They Think

Would you like to see where you stand with your customers?  Nothing says "Hey! What do you think?" like a good old fashioned survey.  Done right, of course.  You can't just shove a long questionnaire in front of people and expect them to fill it out.  Making the surveys short, simple and very easy to get to is the best place to start.  And offer an incentive for their honesty.  Maybe 50% off their next order?

Remember that you need to take their criticisms constructively.  When people submit bad reviews to you, they are sending it directly to you.  No one else sees it and they are giving you a chance to fix something they saw as a problem.  Thank them.  Offer them a little extra.  Turn a bad thing into a great thing for everyone!

Computer Purchasing Support

For either individuals or companies, we can help you find a great deal on systems that will last.

For businesses, it is a major problem when mismatched computers go down because you never have good replacement parts.  The easiest way to combat this is to ensure everything you order match.  Computer needing more memory, larger hard drives, and faster processors can all still be the same model at the lower-end systems you are ordering.  Just beefed up specs.  Again, if one goes down, you've likely got something in house that can tide you over until you can get legitimate parts in.

Network Health Analysis

From time to time medium and small businesses need some help straightening out their networks.  It could be anything from running a very old server, knowing nothing about wireless security or just making sure Active Directory or Exchange is running at peak efficiency.

We are here to provide southern Oklahoma with a cost-effective way to clean all this up.  Don't call Dell or HP, spend thousands and have them talk tech gibberish to you.  Information Output charges hourly rates and has all the knowhow to get you running faster.  We can even find better deals on servers and computers you can't even with a non-profit account at the big corporations.  If your network is in need of TLC, call us.
