Have you ever wondered how sites really get tailored? It's not magic, we promise. All it takes is your vision and the listening ear of the people creating the site for you. Let's walk through the process. It all starts with questions...
Find Your Needs
What do you really need? What would you eventually like to do and what do you already have? Are you running a blog, community forum, online/retail store, consulting firm or anything in between? Do you already have a logo, stationary, etc? If so, do you need it updated/upgraded? Do you have a web host or would you like us to register a domain name and host it for you? How would you like the site designed? Colors, layout, images...? We'll help you out with this using samples.
Your Help
We not only need your help in deciding what your site will look like but with the information itself. Do you have an old site we can take the info from or do we need to work with you to generate new info?
Hit the Ground Running
We'll set you up in our Collab system which allows clients and staff to track all progress on all your projects. You will be able to see screen shots of your project, offer your own insight and work with us in a very easy to use documented manner.
Once the site looks up to par we will inform you via phone and the Collab system that the site is ready for a solid test run. If there are no further changes needed we will be able to GO LIVE WITH THE SITE!
Maintenance
Just like your software on your computer most web sites need updates and upgrades to stay current and fix security issues. We offer each client a specialized maintenance agreement taylored to their needs.
When it comes to adding new pages to your site or just editing, we will show you exactly how to do it. While we do encourage customers to at least get software maintenance with us, we do our very best to make you as self-relient as possible when it comes to managing your own site.
