Marketing - Explained

Marketing is all about where and when to place yourself.  It is about knowing who can get your information in front of your audience.  Placing a billboard 100 miles away makes no sense if you are a local pharmacist with no interest in expanding that far.  We know the people, we know when and we make sure that you will too.

Excellent commercials, printed materials and online advertisement are all a part of marketing.  Getting your name out there is extremely important but when you mix these ways of advertising with branding you bring yourself to a whole new level.  Another example for you: You are marketing a hospital.  You need a warm caring brand so you use soft images of doctors helping patients, non-invasive procedures and a lot of people smiling.  Don't just smear these images everywhere!  If you want a commercial, find the best time of day your audience will be around to see it, maybe even specific days of the week.

If it's a magazine ad you are after, choose something that is going to compliment you.  The hospital would do well in Oklahoma Today (basically anything local) as well as medical magazines that are within a few hundred miles of the area.
